The general-purpose ultrasonic deburring and cleaning device PERION-DB is a manual ultrasonic deburring and cleaning device equipped with a cavitation enhancement system. It removes burrs from metals, plastics, ceramics, and their composite materials while simultaneously providing powerful cleaning. The primary medium used is water, but at the customer's request, hydrocarbon-based solvents and coolant liquids can also be used. It is equipped with a circulation filtration system and a vacuum degassing device. The cavities are spherical nebula-shaped with a diameter of 6 to 10 mm. It is capable of powerful ultrasonic deburring and cleaning for burrs up to 10 mm. The basic frequencies are 20 kHz and 25 kHz. The ultrasonic output is standard at 1200W, 2400W, 3600W, 4800W, and 6000W.
